Standard, unsigned print books: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless item is incorrect or arrives damaged.

Signed copies or special editions: We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refund potentially offered if item is damaged. (Wrong name signed? See below.)

Digital files and ebooks: No refund or return if accessed/downloaded.

If you order a signed copy and receive it signed to the wrong person, we will replace it at no cost to the customer. (Photo proof required.)

Every order ships within 2-5 business days, except for books and bundles that are part of preorders.

Ebooks and digital files are delivered via Bookfunnel, and they can easily be downloaded to your preferred reading device, or read in your browser.
